For the next visits of the patient, doctor need to update the Patient History regarding health recovery, etc.

        Here the doctor should enter the patient id (Figure 3), which was the primary key in the previous page. The system will search for the details in the database and will retrieve the details automatically and display in the main page (Figure 4). The output will be the table with the details of each visit in separate rows with a descending date order. He can update the table if he will (Figure 5). A confirmation message will be displayed after each update.
